Frank Kelly has assisted thousands of families with their retirement planning needs since 2002. He has led hundreds of public educational workshops on retirement strategies and trained and mentored other advisors across the country.  


As a fiduciary, Frank is an Investment Advisor Representative with Retirement Wealth Advisors (RWA). He has a Series 65 Securities License. He also carries a Life, Accident & Sickness Insurance License in Georgia. 


Frank is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has been a multiple Top of the Table member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT).

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Virginia.
